Plain of Vic.
Fran Mekk proposes an audacious version of dry martini which has:
- Fat-washed vodka with fuet
- London dry gin
- Dry Vermouth
- A hint of Teutonic allium liquor
- Celery Bitter
- Cherry Tomato
A much surprising and distinct character.
